She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter and Imogene Carter; and her husband Jerry Hall. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Parks, Kelli Lara, Chet Hall, Jesse Walker (Kelli) and Jennifer Self (Jim). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 7825 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703.
The family requests memorials be made to the Flint Baptist Church 11131 FM 2868 Flint, TX 75762.
