He is survived by: his mother Martina Rodriguez (Rodriguez) of Giddings; his brothers, Julio Orocio of Mexico and Jorge Orocio of Giddings; his significant other Maria Capetillo of Flatonia; his children, Madelyn Orocio of Cameron and Gavin Alexander Orocio of Smithville; and his grandmother Angela Orocio of Giddings. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
