He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Shults and Mellinee Shults (Atwood); his sisters, Joy Sue and Loyce; and his niece Mellinee Landrum.
He is survived by: his spouse Ysleta; his daughter Arlene Shults-Rogers (Tony); and his nephews, Glyn Landrum (Pam) and Linny Landrum.
