With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gloria Barta of Flatonia, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jasek and Sophie Jasek; her siblings, Jerame, Henry Jasek, Angeline Dowell, Levine Schmidt, Ivy Curry, Geraldine Blum, Celestine Widacki, Esther Toucket and Bertha Ruether; and her son-in-law Ronald Gartman.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Barta; her daughters, Sheryl Gartman and Diane Rodela (Daniel); her grandchildren, Steven McFarlin (Penny), Arron Gartman (Wendie), James McFarlin (Maura) and Amber Modisette (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Tony, Hunter, Gavin, Gunner, Whitley, Grayson and Jackson; her sister Irene Michalsky; and her sister-in-law Floretta Riley. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
