He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Hackelton. He is survived by: his parents, George Hackelton and Willie Jane Charline Hackelton (Patterson); his stepdaughter Zoe Harland; his son Michael Lucas (Mary); and his sisters, Ann and Carolyn. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
