He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Abbott Wright; and his grandparents, Ben, Tisha Abbott, Orville and Ida Faye Wright.

He is survived by: his father Stanley Wright Sr.; his wife Kathy; his daughter Polly Ryan; his stepson Jared Batchler (Crystal); his siblings, Cathy Prachyl (Kevin) and Steve Wright (Sheila); his grandsons, Luke and Desmund Byers; his stepgrandchildren, Blake, Faith and Max; his aunt Patty Johnson; and his pets, Scooter and Cracker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
