She is survived by: her husband Carl Bennett of Ferris; her children, Melanie Thornburg of Ferris, Carly (Thomas Loper) of Ferris and Carl (Gabby Bennett, Jr.) of Rowlett; her grandchildren, Toxey Thornburg, Emilee Thornburg, Gage Swearingen and Wyatt Loper; and her siblings, Ronald Lusk, Patsy Lusk and Wayne Lusk. She is also survived by animal lover, she rescued many dogs and cats.
