He was predeceased by: his brother Gabriel Pozo; and his grandson Juan Patino. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Amalia Nunez of Pozo; his children, Amalia (Cecilio Patino) of Mexico, Francisco (Otilia Pozo) of Ferris, Socorro (Gloria Pozo) of Ferris, Candio (Guadalupe Pozo) of Dallas, Blanca (Samuel Mendoza) of Ferris, Jorge (Irma Pozo) of Ferris and Roberto (Carmen Pozo) of Ferris; and his siblings, Remedios Pozo and Consencion Pozo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
