She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Yates; her son Matthew Yates Batchler; and her sister Vickie Stone. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Jean Yates (Young) of Frisco; her husband William M. "Bill" Batchler, Jr. of Ferris; her son William M. Batchler, III (Erika Nunn); and her sister Janice Zimmerman of Frisco. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the SPCA.
