He is survived by: his wife Cruz Mancera of Ferris, Texas; his children, Felipe (Petra Mancera) of Ferris, Guadalupe (Maritza Mancera) of Ferris, Elsa (Roger Wise) of League City and Daniel Mancera of Ferris, Texas; his grandchildren, Cesar Mancera, Destiny Mancera, Felipe Mancera Jr., Ariel Mancera, Johnny Mancera and Pablo Mancera; and his siblings, Miguel Angel Mancera, Carlos Mancera, Filiberto Mancera, Ricardo Mancera and Irma Isabel Mancera. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and dear friends.
