He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Specie and Edith Mitchell Specie; his children, Michael Raymond Specie and Leeanna Montgomery; his brother Joseph Glenn; and his niece Sarah Catherine Specie.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Specie; his sons, Robert Lee Wallace of Zephyrhills, Edward D. Specie of Bonita Springs and Wayne L. Specie of Lake Placid, Florida; his cousin Verlina Clinton of Moberly, Missouri; and his niece Linda Specie of Moberly, Missouri. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 5 great great-grandchildren.
