She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Lou Horn (Mayo) and Robert Kenneth Horn; her husband Carter; and her grandson William Joseph Rubin. She is survived by: her daughter Angela; her sister Martha "Sue"; her siblings-in-law, Sam Howard of Blum and Jeanne Price Haygood of College Station; her daughters, Juliana Price of Fayetteville and Ginger Price of Dallas; her son-in-law Steve Rubin of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Kathleen Carter Rubin (Justin Davidson) of Austin, Alexander Price Rubin Lieutenant and Navy; and her nieces and nephews, William Willson Price (Marsh) of Mathews, NC, Mary Sydney Price of Los Angeles, CA, Patty Price Griffin (Jim) of Houston, Matt Price (Ellen) of Austin, Kyle Price (Mary Beth) of Arlington, James Robert Howard of Blum, William Kirk Howard (Karen) of Blum and John Paul Howard (Crystal) of Blum. She is also survived by five great-nieces and five great-nephews.
