He is survived by: his wife Valeria Lopez Cruz; his children, David Benjamin Tucker (Sofia), Derek John Tucker (Audrey), Luis Gerardo Sarmiento (Mariana) and Anahi Sarmiento; his grandchildren, Max, Mariana, Andrew, Eliana, Elienai, Emily and Amber; his siblings, Deanna Higgins (Brent), Stephen Tucker (Lindsay) and Shari Allegood (Terry); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren Dearman (Weston), Whitney Law (Jared), Mary Beth Allegood, Vicky Allegood, Madison Tucker, John Allegood, Nathaniel Allegood, Matthew Tucker, Tucker Law, Piper Law, Cadence Dearman, Brooks Law, Blair Law, Rowen Dearman and Austen Dearman.
