With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darrell Eugene Skelton of Fayetteville, Texas, born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his wife Melody Skelton; his stepfather Danie Triplett; and his sister Carol Pruiett. He is survived by: his mother Lena Mae Triplett; his siblings, Larry Rood (Jeri) and Kathy Hallman (Johnny); his brother-in-law John Pruiett; and his nieces, Renee Birchfield (Parker) and Jessica Rood.
