She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Havlik, Sr. and Julia Halamicek Havlik; her spouse Jerry Rubac; and her siblings, Lad Havlik, Charles J. Havlik, Jr., Lawrence Havlik, Lillie Mae Keilers, Anita Havran, Julia Bernshausen, Martha Sirey and Alice Wisely. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
