He is survived by: his parents, John Calvin Simmons, Jr. and Patricia Agnes Simmons (Langenkamp); his wife Tabetha Simmons; his children, Kirsten, Kylie and Kaleb; his siblings, Christopher Simmons (Melena Hurst) and Julie Clemmer (John); his father-in-law Lofton Gould (Pam Snyder); and his aunt Edith Simmons. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
