He was predeceased by: his sister Georgia Ann Treadway. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Kristy Davis of Clarksville and Michael Treadway of Hobbs; his grandchildren, Shanea Ruther, Kristen Davis, Wyatt Amundson (Kaitlyn Davis) and Taylor Amundson; and his children, James Douglas, Jeffrey Douglas, Jenny Treadway, Danny Ruther and Viola Ruther. He is also survived by his wife, two children, and grandchildren.
