She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Bell McCormick (Morgan) and A. R. McCormick; her son Tim; her husband Jerry Ellison; and her siblings, Janice, Wanda, Everett, Billy and Robert.

She is survived by: her daughter Ginger; her son-in-law Lance; her brothers, Eldon and Tommy McCormick; and her sisters-in-law, Ruby McCormick, Lois Damron and Lillie Christian. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
