He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Billingsley and Lois Billingsley; and his sister Judy Jones. He is survived by: his son Deon Billingsley (Micole) of Sioux City, IA; his sister Janis Billingsley of Amarillo, TX; and his grandchildren, Deon (Lil Man), Skylar and Silas Billingsley.
