It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Lakey of Farrsville, Texas, born in Bronson, Texas, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Roberts and Odell Vernie Roberts (Flowers). She is survived by: her husband Drew Lakey of Farrsville; her daughters, Doris Marshall (Elton) of Farrsville, Gwen Dunn (Chase) of Jasper, TX and Frankie Hyden (Roger) of Scrapping Valley, TX; her siblings, Elzie Robert (Glenda) of Jasper, TX, Charlene Williams of Houston, TX, Johnnie Faye Blake of Wynona, TX, Thelma May Overstreet of Farrsville, TX and June Dunhon of Deridder, LA; her grandchildren, Wayne Marshall (Kelli) of Farrsville, TX, Angela McLaughlin (Josh) of Lumberton, TX, Brad Dunn (Jennifer) of Lumberton, TX, Christina Wagner (Ben) of Scrapping Valley, TX, Winter Hyden of Nacogdoches, TX and McKenzie Hyden of Scrapping Valley, TX; and her great grandchildren, Drew, Brendon Marshall of Farrsville, TX, Christopher, Annberleigh Wagner of Orange, TX, Koen, Mia McLaughlin of Lumberton, TX, Seth and Pepper Dunn of Lumberton, TX.
