He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott O. Birch and Lydia Keller Birch. He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn McQuillan of Clare, IL and Kathy Prindiville (Pat) of Caledonia, IL.; and his children, Joel Birch (Lindsey) of Pecos, TX, Angela Wolf (David) of Deport, TX, Tamara Birch of Paris, TX, Matthew Birch (Misty) of Paris, TX and Rachel Anderson (Kevin) of Blossom, TX. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
