He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Ramer and Susie Ramer; his siblings, Mary Edna (Mary Edna), Sam, James, Phoebe and Davy; and his great grandchild Navy Dawn.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Ramer of Farmersville, TX.; his children, Mervin Ramer (Melissa) of Royse City, TX, Stephen Kirk Ramer (Marcee) of Van Alstyne, TX, Amanda Correa (Javier) of Whitewright, TX and Susie Ramer (Jamey Webb) of Fate, TX; his grandchildren, Meriedth, Caroline, Maci, Madelyn, Mallory, Kade Stephen, Kannyn, Whittyn, Ava, Stephen Levi, Evan, Olivia, Bethany and Colton; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Kalihann, Holland, Wonder, Zayden and Rayze Stephen; and his siblings, Paul, John, Jake, Luke, Danny, Eva, Priscilla, Racheal, Martha, Ruth, Joanna, Susie and Faith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
