She is survived by: her friend Avi Gold; her son Robert Winningham (Bob) of Farmersville, Texas; her granddaughter Jennifer Winningham of Texas; and her brothers, Clifford Sayers of Oklahoma City, Rodney Sayers of Aransas Pass and Norman (Cindy Sayers). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
