He is survived by: his wife Vickie L Holt; his children, James Norman Williams (Christine) of Forney, Charlie Thomas Williams, Fort Worth, Bobby Lee Williams of Savannah and Lucy Miller of Mesquite; and his sister Debbie Williams (Tim) of Mesquite. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
