He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hendricks and Marie Hendricks. He is survived by: his spouse Shiela McMurry; his children, Michael, William and Chandler Hendricks; and his siblings, Wendell (Dee) and Lori. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other loving relatives.
