She was predeceased by: her parents, Auda Ed Solomon and Ruby Arbuckle Solomon; her husband Patrick H. Shelton; her son Audie Shelton; and her siblings, Grady Solomon, A. J. Solomon, Doris Rakowski and Juanita Solomon.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Thaggard of Burkburnett, TX; her children, Charles Shelton (Patsy) of Merit, TX, Glenda Taylor (Tony) of Copeville, TX and Cathy Douglas (Robert) of Farmersville, TX; and her grandchildren, Sara Hoelscher, Rhonda Brunswick, Charles Shelton (Bubba), Destiny Shelton, Ian Taylor, Joshua Taylor, Ashley Elliott, Kelli Simmons and James Pierce. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, and a host of beloved relatives and friends.
