He is survived by: his wife Marian Cook of Whitewright; his children, Leslie Cook (Ruthie) of Louisiana, Terry Bullard (Monty) of Florida and Timothy Cook of Michigan; his daughter-in-law Patricia Cook of Van Alstyne; his sons, Randall Cook, Sr. (Gwen) of Azle, Bradley Cook (Kimberly) of Dallas, John Cook, Jr. (Amy) of Whitewright and Duane Cook (Jonna) of Carthage; his grandchildren, Ann Presley (James), Rachel Zuniga (Steve), Jamie Roberts (Sean), Josh Cook, Jody Wheeler, Kristina Cook, Randall Cook Jr. (Alex), Robert Cook, Tim Armour (Natonia), Krystal Zimmerman (Dwayne), Bradley Cook Jr., Cathy Beck (Brian), Jonathan Cook, Lachelle Freshour (Derrick), Jami Green (Brady), Haley O'Leary (Terry) and Matthew; and his brother Bruce Cook of Mobile, Alabama.. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
