He is survived by: his wife Trina Phelps; his children, Amy Holtman (Kelli), Amanda Yarbrough (Kyle), Timi Herring, John Phelps (Heather), Tawnee Phelps-Little and Hunter Phelps; his grandchildren, Alex Holtman, Hutson Little, Harrison Phelps, Raelee Phelps and Collier Yarbrough; and his brothers, Russ Phelps (Sharon), Treye Phelps (Cathy), Kyle Phelps (Karen) and Jim Reynolds. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
