He was predeceased by: his mother Leatha; and his granddaughter Layne Young. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sue NeSmith; his stepfather Kenneth Feagins; his children, Lara Feagins, J. C. Feagins (Michele), April Feagins (William) and Tal Feagins (Kallay); and his grandchildren, Britni Sheffield-Reid (Owen), Clay Feagins (Heather), Ross Feagins, Reyna Delgadillo, William Delgadillo Jr., Autumn Delgadillo, Tyler Young, Ryder Feagins, Rhett Feagins and Jordan Holland (Holton).
