Carol Bert Femmer Frank Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Bert Femmer Frank (Farmersville, Texas), born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Femmer and Carlan Femmer; and her siblings, Terry Femmer and Fredi Holyfield. She is survived by: her husband Steve Frank; her niece Leslie (Jeff Welsh); her sons, Jackson, Javin, Joseph and Jude; and her cousin Jeff Stone. She is also survived by friends, especially by her husband.
