He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Robert Burkham (Christina), Gary Burkham (Diane), Michael Burkham (Lisa) and Sherry Dodd; his grandchildren, Brandy Reyes, Jeremy Wilks (Tasha), Brandon Burkham (Katrina), Joshua Burkham (Hannah), Lindsey Lopez, Jacob Burkham, Ashlynn Burkham and Andrew Burkham; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Grayson, Easton, Presley, Braydon, Mason, Charli, Jordan, Chase, Mia, Peyton, Corey, Chloe and Caitlyn.
