He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Baxter and Earline Baxter; his brother Stephen Jr.; and his daughter Brenda Baxter Wood. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Robert Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Bridget Baxter and Jason Baxter (Kim); his great grandchildren, Sydney and Brooke; and his cousin Virgina Ann Corder. He is also survived by his uncles and cousins.
