He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kuykendall and Doris Enloe Kuykendall; and his nephew Douglas Trinque. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Jackson Kuykendall; his daughter Katy Brown; his son-in-law Aaron Brown; his grandsons, Ethan and Henry Brown; his sister Barbara Trinque; his brother-in-law Ray Trinque; his nephew Lance Trinque (Michelle); and his great-niece Emily Trinque. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and brothers and sister-in-law.
