He is survived by: his children, Patrick Jr., Nathan, John Paul, Mandy and Max; his stepfather Marty; his siblings, Sarah Powers and Michael Powers; his stepbrothers, Brian Adkins and Steven Adkins; and his mother-in-law Josie Johnston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
