He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Elmond and Wilma Wingert (Taylor); and his brothers, John Wingert and Jim Wingert. He is survived by: his son Jason Wingert (Mandy) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Hunter Wingert and Averi Wingert; and his sister Betty Jo Neaville of Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
