He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Perkins Sparkman and Odell Deloris Freer; his wife Gail Parker; and his sister-in-law Jayne Sparkman. He is survived by: his children, Scott, Kyle Sparkman of Carrollton and Susan Sparkman Morgan (Shane) of Lewisville; his grandsons, Kolbe and Brady Morgan; his brothers, Dennis Sparkman of Roundrock and Larry Sparkman (Barbara) of Spring Branch; his sister-in-law Lousue Williams of Fort Worth; and his nieces, Cathy Williams and Karen Nava. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
