He is survived by: his wife Pam Bell; his children, Jamie Bell, Tammy, John Pugh, Anthony and Laura Bell; his grandchildren, Sarah Bell, John James, Joy Pugh, Kaylee and Easton Bell; and his sisters, Martha Sprague of Sulphur Springs and Mary Dugan of Enterprise, Ala. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and dear friends and classmates.
