He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Sue Sprabary; his parents, Harvey Lee Sprabary and Flossie Bilbrey Sprabary; and his siblings, Abe Sprabary, Viola Lee Sprabary Mathis (Bo), Vernon R. Sprabary, Newell W. Sprabary, Red Sprabary, Dot Sprabary James, Travis Sprabary and James O. Sprabary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Sprabary Mulford and Kelley Sprabary Thompson; his sons-in-law, Stephen Mulford and Robert Thompson; his grandchildren, Stephanie Mulford Teran, Michael Mulford, Jack Paul Thompson and Clayton Thompson; and his sister Patsy Sprabary Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many dear friends.
