He is survived by: his children, Jason Sickles (Jan) and Bonnie Brisendine; his sister-in-law Jean Martz; his grandson Will Brisendine (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Preston and Paisley; his grandson Cody Brisendine (Shantel); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Abby and Trystyn. He is also survived by his family and friends.
