He was predeceased by: his parents, Page C. Smith and Hattie Mae Atteberry; his siblings, Carolyn Underwood and Don Smith (Mary); and his son Kip Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Joan Smith; his daughter Sherry Warlick (Ken); his daughter-in-law Susan Smith; his grandchildren, Mark Bennett, Zachary Smith (Jacy), Jacob Smith and Julianna Smith; and his great grandchild Ronan Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
