She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Goad (Strain) and Winfred Goad; her grandparents, Elmer and Minnie Pearl Strain; her husband Charles Herndon; her children, Rex, Kellie Herndon and Mike Herndon; her siblings, Eddie Bowers and Vickie Bowers; her grandchildren, Dustin, Brittany, Derek and Mathew; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Emmy, Ryann, Noah and Wyatt; and her siblings-in-law, David, Bobby Herndon, Betty Harris and Nancy McKenzie. She was also cherished by her parents and her grandparents was evident in how incredible of a wife, mother, sister, grandparent, and great grandparent.
