He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Preston Riley and Christel Gertrude Kate Riley (Polzin). He is survived by: his wife Nora Riley of Carrollton; his brother Steve Riley (Peggy) of New Hope, Virginia; his granddaughter Crystal Vargas (Carlos); his great grandchildren, Riley and Micaiah; and his grandchild Shelly Baker (Luis, Jr.).
