We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2024, at the age of 85, Ruthanne Rule Ballard of Fannin, Texas, born in Morgan, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ruthanne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Rule and Jennie Rule (Sellers). She is survived by: her husband Billy Robert Ballard (Bill); her daughter Jana Baugh; her son-in-law John Baugh; her grandchildren, Adam Baugh (Melanie) of Blue Ridge and Hillary Baugh of Dallas; her great grandchildren, Mason and Mabrie Baugh; and also Bobbie McCarley of Winnsboro.
