He is survived by: his children, Joe Mendoza IV, Arcelia Mendoza, Matthew Mendoza, John Mendoza, Imelda Mendoza and Clairessa Ramirez; and his significant other Juana Cabrera. He is also survived by grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and friends He is preceded in death by his parents.
