He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bourque Burns of Fannett; his children, Nancy Landry (David) of Bridge City and Donald Burns (Rita) of Port Arthur; his grandchildren, Chris Burns (Rebecca, Shane Landry), Olivia, Brandy Powers (Bill) and Melissa Toups; and his siblings, Mildred Spurgin of Indianapolis, IN., Lois Kaler of Richmond, IN. and Donald Burns (Barbara) of Gatlinburg, TN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
