With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Bell of Fannett, Texas, who passed away on August 11, 2021 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Janet Fern Foster and Reverend Jack W. Bell; his children, Pop Pops, Joel Bell (Alison), Angel Bell and Dakota Bell; his siblings, Jeff Bell (Beth) of Fannett, Janita Haley (Mike) of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, Justan Bell (Sarah), Tina Bell, Jonathan Bell (Rebekah) and Julie Simmons (Kyle) of Fannett; and his grandchildren, David Bell, Alyssa Bell, Matthew Bell and Asher Bell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
