It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra James (Fannett, Texas), born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on January 24, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anne Francis Evans and Henry Clay Treuil; her son Todd James; her granddaughter Julie Anne James; and her siblings, Aaron Treuil of Corona, Lawrence Treuil of Houston and Pearl Ann Mills of Baton Rouge.
