She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kunz and Victoria Malik Kunz; her husband Rudolph "Rudy" Dziuk; and her brothers, Robert and Paul Kunz.
She is survived by: her grandson Kris Swierc; and her children, Timothy Dziuk (Patricia), Carolyn Swierc (Michael), Dickie Dziuk (Janet), Michael Dziuk (Joyce), Raymond Dziuk (Diane) and Cheryl Stone (Steve). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
