He is survived by: his wife Paula Gonzales Rios of Falls City; his children, Gina Rios (Javier Galvan), Derick Hernandez and Daryn Morales of Falls City; his sisters, Nora Leal of San Antonio, Mary Pardo (Jesse) of Rosenberg and Gloria Hinojosa of Rosenberg; his grandchildren, Brandon Smart, Dayna Rios and Daniel Rios; and his great grandchild Easton A. Smart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
