She was predeceased by: her parents, Bron Moy and Hedwig Swientek Moy; her former husband Edward Jasek; and her siblings, Frank, Johnny Moy and Pearl Kowalik.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Jasek (Patty) and Clifton Jasek; her granddaughters, Julie Jasek, Olivia Jasek and Stephanie Keil (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Kashton and Weslyn.
